Jamshedpur, August 8: Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur East on the occasion of breastfeeding awareness week organised a programme at Pariwar Kalyan Sansthan on Tuesday. Around 40 women of whom most of them have a child below a year old and some pregnant benefited from the programme.
Club Editor Rama Khanna informed about the benefits of breastfeeding and mother’s milk is best for the baby as it protects the child from several diseases.
Present on the occasion were Nilima Prakash, Meena, Ira, Sampa, Archana, Manjari, Sarita, Anjubala, Vijaya and others.
