Jamshedpur, Oct. 10: The ticket sale is going on at a rapid pace for the Jamshedpur FC versus ATK match to be played at JRD Tata Sports Complex on October 21. While the Rs 50 and Rs 100 denomination tickets have been sold online other denomination tickets are available both online and from the counters at the stadium.
Jamshedpur FC management is hoping for a sold out first home match on October 21. The offline ticket sale which started on October 7 saw more than 5000 ticket sale on the very first day. ‘More than 10000 tickets (online and offline) have been sold for the October 21 match and with JFC performance escalating more and more people will be eager to buy the tickets’, said JFC official.
JRD Stadium which has witnessed almost houseful matches every time Jamshedpur FC took the field last season, will see a decrease in seating capacity this time around. According to a JFC official more bucket chairs have been put up for the new season which has brought the total capacity of the stadium from 24000 to 21500.
Along with offline tickets from stadium counters, online tickets are available at Paytm and insider.in.
The craze for football in Jamshedpur has been at its peak from debut season as all the nine homes games of Jamshedpur FC witnessed 94 per cent attendance. ISL season 5 looks no different.
