Jamshedpur: A felicitation programme was organized at Motilal Nehru Public School(MNPS) to honour students who have done well at ICSE and ISC in the year 2014.
It was a proud moment as parents and teachers sat back to see their loved ones being honoured. Silver Salver was presented to ISC science and commerce toppers, Srishti Chandra and Subham Kumar Sharma. Other students of ISC who topped in the exam were presented trophies and certificates.
Giving away the awards, the school chairperson RP Tyagi appreciated the contribution made by the family members of students and teachers in encouraging and guiding the students to do well. Other school management committee members, Dr JLA Ajmani and Dr DP Shukla too, gave the awards.
The school principal Ashu Tiwary said the students had done the school proud with their performance. She said the examinations taken by the students were preparations by them for a mightier tomorrow.
Many other dignitaries were also present during the felicitation programme.
