Jamshedpur: All Jharkhand Students Union(AJSU) members today handed over a memorandum to the deputy commissioner of East Singhbhum Dr Amitabh Kaushal to demand settlement for the work done by the workers of BI Construction.
They alleged that the 65 workers who had worked at the Nildih and Burmamines health depots for 23 months had not got their wages, bonus, earned leave encashment amount and final settlement amount.
The outfit president Mukesh Prasad said labour laws had been violated by the authorities concerned.
