MMC: Team felicitated for excellent performance

Jamshedpur, March 10: Mango Municipal Corporation (MMC) Special Officer Deepak Sahay felicitated city manager, Rahul Kumar and his team Sparrow Softech on the occasion of achieving 100% target in revenue and tax collection. The officer praised the work of his team including the revenue collection nodal officer. He said that the target related to tax collection has been achieved by the team of MMC before the end of the current financial year.

Sahay said that daily camps were organized in the MMC area for tax collection, people were made aware and notices were given to those who did not pay taxes. The officer said that due to the timely payment of tax by the citizens of Mango Municipal Corporation area for revenue collection, they deserve congratulations.

The official said that out of all the municipal corporations of Jharkhand, Mango Municipal Corporation has accomplished the target set in Dhriti tax, water tax and trade license for the first time in this financial year.

Expressing happiness to the city manager Rahul Kumar and his team, the executive officer fed sweets and sweets were distributed among the entire office workers and officials and happiness was expressed. In this financial year, more than 15% tax collection has been done in the field of tax collection as compared to last financial year.
