Line Block in Adra Railway Division from October 23 to 29

Jamshedpur, Oct 23: Commuters in the Adra Railway Division should take note of a seven-day line repair project set to commence on Monday. The South Eastern Railway Zone has issued a line block order for this maintenance work, scheduled to run until October 29.

This block will have implications for train operations, affecting passengers on various routes.
In particular, travelers on the Tata-Hatia route will be rerouted via Chandil and Gunda Bihar station on October 25 and 27.

Additionally, train services on routes including Asansol, Purulia, Midnapur, Kharagpur, Gomoh, and Hatia will experience disruptions during this period. Passengers traveling between Bengal and Jharkhand may encounter inconveniences during the puja season due to these temporary changes in train operations.
