Jamshedpur: Tata Motors management organised two-day workshop to provide leadership training to Tata Motors Union officials at Telco Club. The workshop ended on Saturday and it is the first time that any company has provided leadership training to union officials.
Rakesh Prasad, Deputy Labour Commissioner, Jamshedpur along with all senior officers of Tata Motors were present during the concluding day of the workshop.
Addressing the gathering, DLC said, “This is an amazing step taken by Tata Motors and the entire union should follow the steps that are been taught. Teamwork is important and it also one of the most Important part of union”.
DLC also congratulated Tata Motors for organising this event. Pankaj Tripathy from Tata Steel was one of the resource person of the workshop. AB Lall, Head Manufacturing, CVBU and Sampath K Morri, Head, Jamshedpur Plant were also present during the concluding function.
