Jamshedpur: Lalit Das, patron cum president of city-based social outfit Lok Samarpan, celebrated his birthday at Ashirvad Bhavan old age home in Baradwari. He cut the cake in the presence of the outfit members, inmates of the old age home and his wife Purnima Sahu. He sought the blessings of the inmates and assured to keep visiting them for many years to come. He and his wife distributed saris, pajamas and kurtas, fruits and other provisions among the inmates.
Addressing the inmates, Das said he was celebrating his birthday in the traditional Indian way. People should value relationships for an everlasting feeling of affection and togetherness, he said.
Among those present on the occasion included Neeraj Kumar, Devashish, Pradeep Dubey, Ritesh Dutta and Sunny Sanghi.
