Kalpana Soren makes debut at JMM Office, leads discussions on Maha Rally

Ranchi: Kalpana Soren, wife of former Chief Minister Hemant Soren, made her inaugural visit to the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) central office in Ranchi. Welcomed warmly by party workers, she engaged in discussions concerning the upcoming Maha Rally scheduled for April 21. Kalpana led the chants of ‘Hemant Soren Zindabad’ and expressed her determination to lead the rally at Prabhat Tara Maidan in Ranchi.

Following the meeting, Kalpana took to social media, affirming the resolve to fight and win alongside fellow comrades. Encouraging enthusiastic participation in the Maha Rally, she emphasized the need to highlight the challenges faced by Jharkhand under the central government’s policies.

Addressing the media, Kalpana highlighted the importance of the rally in amplifying the voices of dissent against perceived injustices. She asserted Jharkhand’s resilience and vowed not to succumb to external pressures.

Subsequently, she departed for her ancestral village in Dumri to attend the late Jagarnath Mahato’s death anniversary.

Kalpana’s political involvement surged following Hemant Soren’s arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on January 31. She has been actively participating in election campaigns, delivering powerful speeches, and vehemently targeting the BJP.

After the district heads’ meeting at the JMM office, she proceeded to Bermo in Bokaro district to attend a program commemorating the first death anniversary of former Jharkhand Education Minister Jagarnath Mahato.
