Kalash Abhishek performed for Ganesh, Karthik and Dharma Saastha

Jamshedpur, March 16: The second day of 74th Saastha Preeti celebrations being held at Sri Uttara Dharma Saastha Temple located at Bistupur, the pujas started with Maha Ganapati havan on Wednesday.  Later on, the visiting Ved pandits installed Kalash for Parama Purusha Aradhana and jap, pujas and havan were performed for Sri Dhanvantari.  After this, Purusha Sookta havan was conducted. Under the direction of Vijay Bhanu, chief priest, PN Sankaran, Chairman of Temple Committee performed Vasordhara and Poornahuti after which Kalash Abhishek was done for Sri Ganesh, Sri Karthik and Sri Dharma Saastha.  Later on the temple priests have shown Maha Deeparadhana for all the deities in the Temple and prasad was distributed to the devotees by members of managing committee of the Temple.

In the evening, Sri Satyanarayan Puja was performed by local priest P Rajesh.  The 12 Ved pandits who have come from Chennai, Mumbai and Hyderabad conducted Krama Archana once Maha Deeparadhana was shown and prasad was distributed.  Many committee members such as S Siva Kumar, P Srinivas, Venkat Raman, J Suresh, Radhe Krishna, Sijulal are assisting in successful organisation of the annual pujas.
