Jamshedpur, April 1: The election for the 2025-‘26 session of Marwari Yuva Manch (MYM) Steel City Surbhi Branch was held at Shri Mahalakshmi Temple in Sakchi on Tuesday. After the vote counting, Jyoti Agarwal was declared the winner for the post of president by Chief Election Officer Nisha Singhal. Jyoti Agarwal who received 26 votes against Pooja Agarwal’s 19 votes, thus won by a margin of seven votes.
The outgoing president, Kavita Agarwal, mentioned that the election was conducted smoothly and peacefully, with the supervision of former presidents. A total of 45 voters cast their votes during the election process.
Following the announcement of the results, members of the Steel City Surbhi branch extended their congratulations to Jyoti Agarwal, expressing their confidence in her leadership and looking forward to newer achievements for the organization under her guidance.
