Jamshedpur, Nov 22: Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., one of the world’s leading two-wheeler manufacturers, has launched the newly updated Gixxer 150 at its authorised Jwala Suzuki showrooms in Sakchi and Bistupur. The company announced that the model now complies with OBD-2B emission norms and comes equipped with an advanced Bluetooth-enabled multi-function console.
The updated Gixxer features LED headlamp and tail lamp, a Bluetooth-connected digital console, single-channel ABS, 17-inch alloy wheels, telescopic front forks, monoshock suspension and disc brakes on both wheels.
The upgraded digital meter console offers several smart features including weather updates, weather alerts, traffic alerts, calendar alerts, mobile network signal display, phone battery indicator, call/SMS/WhatsApp alerts, digital wallet expiry alerts, eco-drive indicator, service alerts and customised points of interest such as parking, fuel stations and hospitals. These features, the company said, help riders “stay connected on the go” with essential information available at a glance.
The new Gixxer is available in three eye-catching colour options—Metallic Triton Blue/Pearl Glacier White, Glass Sparkle Black and Metallic Grey/Metallic Lush Green. The motorcycle has been priced at Rs 1,36,950 (ex-showroom).
