Jamshedpur, Nov 22: Govind Vidyalaya, Tamolia, hosted its 25th Annual Science, Art and Handicraft Exhibition on 22 November 2025, showcasing a vibrant display of creativity and innovation by its students. The school campus came alive as children presented a wide range of projects covering science, arts, sports, social studies and handicrafts.
The exhibition was inaugurated by chief guest Asif Mahmood, Director of Ahsein International School, along with special guest Prof. Zaki Akhtar of Karim City College, Jamshedpur and Mango Nagar Nigam brand ambassador Mukhtar Alam Khan, who jointly lit the ceremonial lamp and cut the ribbon. School secretary Abhishek Sharma, Principal Krishna Modak, Hindi-medium Principal Sunita Tripathi, senior and junior coordinators, teachers and a large number of parents were also present.

Encouraging the students, Asif Mahmood said, “The work you have presented today will take you far in life. Learn to contribute to society through your talent.” Prof. Zaki Akhtar added, “You children are the future of society and shaping that future requires equal support from both parents and teachers.”
The event saw enthusiastic participation from all departments. Under the supervision of exhibition-in-charge Dolly Mandal, co-incharge Dayal Patra and various department heads, a total of 531 projects were displayed. These included models in science (16), physics (16), chemistry (16), biology (20), mathematics (43), social science (34), English (24), Hindi (29), Sanskrit (12), Urdu (20), sports (10), handicrafts (249), commerce (7) and computer science (35). Judges from different schools evaluated the projects and selected the winners.
The exhibition concluded with appreciation for the teachers whose collective efforts made the event a resounding success.
