Ranchi: Joint Secretary (JS) Pramod Tiwary on Tuesday issued show-cause to the CO of Bokaro seeking explanation for not taking action against 17 people out of the 26 accused of encroaching Mahato dam in Bokaro. He directed the CO to remove the encroachment in a week.
Regarding irregularities in the construction of a dharamshala and market complex at Mirzaganj, Giridih, the JS directed the officials concerned to form a team and probe the matter in 10 days. He warned the Kasmar CO to do mutation of Urmila Choubey’s land before 9th May or be ready to face disciplinary action.
In connection with a case of compensation, the nodal officers said that the house owner Basmatia Devi is not entitled for compensation as she built her house after the wire was installed. Tiwary directed the district nodal officer to inspect it himself.
In connection with the murder of Bamdeo Chand of Gopikandar, Dumka, he directed the DSP to collect proof and complete the work after getting it reviewed from the SP.
