Jamshedpur, June 19: The Jamshedpur Obstetric and Gynecological Society (JOGS) will host its two-day annual conference on June 21 and 22 at a hotel in Bistupur. The event will witness the participation of leading doctors and specialists from across the country.
During a press conference held at IMA Bhawan, Sakchi, on Thursday, JOGS President Dr. Binod Agarwal informed that the theme of this year’s conference is “Gynecological Endoscopy and Infertility – Progress Towards Women’s Health.” The event aims to highlight advancements and innovations in these critical areas of women’s healthcare.
Renowned specialists such as Dr. Rajesh Modi from Maharashtra and Dr. Sushma Deshmukh from Nagpur will address the gathering and share insights on the latest developments in infertility treatment and endoscopic procedures.
Doctors from various cities including Kolkata, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Patna, Gaya, New Delhi, and Mumbai are expected to attend the conference. An invitation has also been extended to the Governor for the inaugural ceremony, though confirmation is still awaited.
Present at the press briefing were Dr. Sarita Kumari, Dr. Swati Singhal, Dr. Asha Gupta, Dr. B. George, and Dr. Gyan Ranjan Patnaik, among others.
