Jamshedpur: Continuous rainfall in Jamshedpur has caused significant disruption across the city, with rivers Subarnarekha and Kharkai flowing above the danger mark. On Thursday, a portion of the boundary wall at Sonari Airport collapsed, creating panic in the area. Fortunately, no injuries or major damage were reported. The airport authorities, along with Tata Steel UISL (formerly Jusco), promptly took control of the situation and began necessary repair and safety measures.
