Jamshedpur, Sep 3: Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) launched a joint drive with traffic police against unauthorized parking along the Straight Mile Road in Sakchi here on Saturday.
They seized several vehicles and imposed fine on their owners for flouting traffic norms. Online challans were issued to the offenders.
Traffic police inspector, Sakchi, Kamal Narayan Singh led the drive. The SRT team of Tata Steel assisted the traffic police. Traffic cops said the campaign would continue for several days.
