Jamshedpur, Oct 13: The Chero Archers delivered a strong performance throughout the inaugural Archery Premier League, finishing in fourth place after a tough semi-final loss to Rajputana Royals on Day 10 of the tournament. Despite their spirited fight, the Chero Archers went down 1–5 in a closely contested match.

The semi-final began on an even note, with both teams tying the first set 78–78. However, Rajputana Royals took control in the following sets, winning 79–77 and 77–75 to seal their place in the final.

Star archer Mathias Fullerton continued his exceptional form, scoring 770 points — the highest for the Chero Archers this season. Prithika Pradeep followed closely with 757 points, displaying remarkable consistency. Mathias also recorded the maximum number of 10s, while Prithika registered the most 9s for the team. Atanu Das and Katharina Bauer also made steady contributions in the recurve category.

With this result, Rajputana Royals topped the league, followed by Prithviraj Yodhas in second place and Mighty Marathas in third.

Though they missed out on a podium finish, the Chero Archers earned praise for their teamwork, resilience, and steady improvement throughout the season.
