Jamshedpur’s Samiran Lal to Lead India at Deaflympics in Japan

Jamshedpur, Nov 13: Bringing pride to Jharkhand, Mr. Samiran Lal from Jamshedpur has been appointed as the Chief of Mission of the All India Sports Council of the Deaf (AISCD) for the upcoming Deaflympics in Japan.

The international event will be held from November 15 to 26, 2025, with athletes from across the world participating.

The Jharkhand Sports Council for the Deaf extended its congratulations, with General Secretary Manish Kumar Singh calling it a proud moment for the state’s sports community and wishing Mr. Lal success in representing India on the global stage.
