Sets up her first French Pâtisserie, All That Bakes
Jamshedpur, May 3: Destiny is not created by the shoes we wear but by the steps we take, Jamshedpur-based Ruchika Malpani Adesara has proved this saying right by setting up her first French Pâtisserie, All That Bakes in Contractor’s Area at Bistupur. Amid the hustle and bustle, All That Bake is a place of comfort and solace.
Attractively designed, the outlet serves a wide range of desserts, cakes, and shakes throughout the day.
Armed with Le Cordon Bleu London’s Diplôme de Pâtisserie, recognised globally as one of the most respected pastry chef qualifications, Ruchika is now raring to go. Born in India she grew up in Hongkong. Post her marriage she got settled in Jamshedpur.
“When I was in school I had a dream of setting up a café of my own. After completing my education I worked in several restaurants and café and gained hands-on experience. My long-cherished dream has come true today with the opening of All That Bakes outlet. I started my venture in 2017 under this brand. I used to operate from a studio near my home and now I have my own outlet. I would be able to cater to the growing demand for cakes and deserts,” said Ruchika.

While her parents initially thought it was just a hobby, it became apparent that was not the case. After completing her education she insisted this was the career she wanted. She then studied at London, specialising in baking and confectionery.
After years of hard work, she is now the owner of a cafe of her own. She added that the pre-response to the outlet has been overwhelming and youths from every corner of the city are looking forward to catching up here.
Be it freshly-baked cakes or yummy chocolate pies, the youths are spoilt for choice as they walk into the bakery. The shop caters to every kind of taste buds of the city. There are different varieties of pastries you don’t have to settle for just one. The desserts at the display counter are a work of art. The best part of her delicacies is that she doesn’t compromise with quality. A passion for baking led her to set up her patisserie.
“The ambiance is warm and friendly and the service is at its best. The best part of it is that it is centrally located and we can easily drop in to spend some quality time with our friends,” said a student of Sacred Heart Convent School.
Not only this amidst the gently lit surroundings, but the bakery also provides an idyllic setting to escape the hubbub of urban living.
