Session Focuses on Grooming, Communication and Career Skills
Jamshedpur: The MBA Department of Jamshedpur Women’s University (JWU) organized an expert talk titled ‘360° Professional’ for MBA and BBA students on February 27, 2026. The programme was held under the guidance of Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Anjila Gupta.
The session featured Prof. Rahul Kumar Shukla from XLRI, who spoke on managerial and leadership communication, and Dr. Monika Uppal, Vice Principal of DBMS School of Education, who guided students on interview preparation and resume building. The event began with the traditional lighting of the lamp by guests and faculty members.
Experts shared practical tips on personality development, communication skills, interview techniques and resume writing to help students prepare for professional careers.
Dignitaries including Dr. Sudhir Sahu, Dr. Deepa Sharan, Dr. Ramaa Subramaniam, Dr. Salomy Kujur and Dr. Annapurna Jha highlighted the importance of such sessions. The programme was moderated by Dr. Sweta Prasad and Dr. Bharti Varshney, while Dr. Keya Banerjee delivered the vote of thanks.
Earlier, the department also organized a session on financial awareness by Amitabh Prakash, Cluster Head of HDFC, sponsored by AMFI, on February 25.
