Team Tops Group C Unbeaten with 30 Points
Jamshedpur, March 1: Jamshedpur FC U18 created history by becoming the first team to reach the final round of the AIFF Elite Youth League 2025-26 season undefeated. The team topped Group C with 30 points from 12 matches.
The Boys of Steel won nine matches and drew three, scoring 44 goals while conceding only four. Their strong attacking display and disciplined defense helped them dominate the group stage.
Under Head Coach Kaizad Ambapardiwala, the team has now qualified for the final round for the second consecutive year. In their latest match, Jamshedpur defeated FAO Academy 3-0. Lawmsangzuala scored in the 40th minute, Rashithoi netted in the 64th minute, and local player Gopal Munda added the third goal in the 76th minute.
Lawmsangzuala is the team’s top scorer with 12 goals, while Gopal Munda has scored three so far. With one match remaining, the team aims to finish the group stage unbeaten and continue their impressive run in the final round.
