Jamshedpur, July 13: Jamshedpur All Market Association meeting was held in Sakchi market on Wednesday. The meeting was presided over by Association President Harvinder Singh Mantu and General Secretary Naseem Ansari.
Representatives of Sairat market were also in attendance. Discussions were held regarding the unexpected increase in Sairat market shop rent by the district administration and DC later decided to put stay.
All the representatives were asked to carry out survey in the market and take views of the people related to the shop rent. Shopkeepers stressed on strengthening the organization and urged the district administration to resolve the rent issue at the earliest. It was unanimously decided that a delegation would meet the Special Officer of JNAC on Thursday to get information related to Sairat market shop rent.
Also present at the meeting were Sanjay Singh, Shankar Prasad, Naresh Prasad, Tarashankar, Durga Sahu, Brijesh Goyal, Subhash Kale, Manjit Singh, Rocky Singh, Santosh Aggarwal, Subhojit Roy Choudhury, Mohammad Shamim Bharat and Sahni, Jayesh Gupta, Ghulam Ali and others.
