Jamshedpur to host 22nd Jharkhand State Senior Ball Badminton Championship

Jamshedpur, Dec 14: The 22nd Jharkhand State Senior Men and Women Ball Badminton Championship will be held in Jamshedpur, East Singhbhum, from December 15 to 22. Players from various districts across Jharkhand will compete in the event to showcase their skills.

Organized by the Jharkhand State Ball Badminton Association, the championship will follow a league-cum-knockout format. The matches will be held at the Nepal Building Sports Ground in Telco. Participating districts include East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, Saraikela Kharsawan, Godda, Hazaribagh, Dhanbad, Jamtara, Giridih, Ranchi, Palamu, and Ramgarh.

The event will be inaugurated on December 15, with the finals scheduled for December 22.  Manoj Yadav, President of the Jharkhand State Ball Badminton Association, and Majji Ravi Kumar, General Secretary, are overseeing the championship. The Organizing Secretary is K. Rama Krishna.

International ball badminton player and sports promoter, Mr. Birendra Kumar Mishra, provided the details of the event, highlighting the enthusiasm and preparation surrounding the championship.
