Wire-Seller Meet at Indo Danish Tool Room Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur: The Wire-Seller Meet program was successfully organized at the Indo Danish Tool Room (IDTR) auditorium in Jamshedpur under the joint aegis of the Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI), National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC), National SC-ST Hub Ranchi, and IDTR Jamshedpur.

The event witnessed participation from representatives of over 70 Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and major Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) such as Uranium Corporation of India Limited (UCIL), Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL), Central Mine Planning and Design Institute (CMPDI), and MECON.

Organized as part of SIDBI’s cluster intervention program, the event aimed to foster cooperation between MSMEs and CPSEs, strengthen industrial supply chains, and promote MSME participation in national economic development. A key highlight of the program was resolving MSMEs’ doubts regarding vendor onboarding and procurement processes through detailed interactions with CPSE representatives.

Prominent speakers included SIDBI’s AGM BO Jamshedpur, Sumiran L. Raj; IDTR Jamshedpur’s Managing Director, Anand Dayal; CMPDI Ranchi’s Deputy Manager MM, Ankit Rawal; MECON’s AGM Contracts, Debashish Bose; and HCL’s Deputy Manager M&C, Deepak I. Shiv. They emphasized the crucial role MSMEs play in contributing to industrial growth and reiterated SIDBI’s commitment to empowering these enterprises.

Other notable attendees included UCIL’s SN Kumar, Additional Controller (S&P), and Nisha Murmu, Deputy Manager (M&C) from HCL, among others. The speakers highlighted best practices for CPSE-MSME collaboration and shared insights to enhance MSME capabilities.
