Jamshedpur, August 4: A delegation representing the Sikh community visited the residential office of former Chief Minister Raghubar Das to congratulate him on his being re-elected Vice President of the BJP’s national body of executives. The delegation felicitated him with a bouquet and shawl.
Expressing their happiness over his reappointment as the BJP national Vice President, the delegation members stated that Raghubar Das had always stood shoulder to shoulder with the Sikh community. As a member of the East Jamshedpur Assembly constituency, he had undertaken various developmental initiatives in every Gurudwara, reflecting his dedication towards the Sikh faith. The Sikh delegates stated that Raghubar Das had consistently supported the well-being of the community and stood with it in both good times and bad. The delegation comprised Sardar Jaswant Singh, Gyani Kuldeep Singh, former Pradhan Jaspal Singh, Amarjeet Singh Raja, Sandeep Singh, Avatar Singh, Savinder Singh, Inderjit Singh, Bikram Singh, Pal Singh, Shakti Singh and Kulwant Singh.
