Jamshedpur: Ramdas Bhatta Gurudwara Chief Balbir Singh Balli passes away

Jamshedpur, April 28: Balbir Singh Balli, chief of the Ramdas Bhatta Gurudwara in Bistupur and a well-known social worker, passed away on Monday afternoon. He breathed his last at 2:30 p.m. after a prolonged illness. Singh had been undergoing dialysis and was recently taken to Kolkata for advanced treatment.

The news of his demise has sent a wave of grief across the Sikh community. Many community leaders and dignitaries visited his residence to pay their respects. Among those who expressed condolences were Jharkhand Sikh Coordination Committee patron and former CGPC chief Gurmukh Singh Mukhe, Sonari Gurudwara chief Tara Singh, Jasbir Singh Padri, G Town Gurudwara chief Prakash Singh, Avtar Singh Bhatia, Inder Singh Inder, and other Sikh Coordination Committee officials.

The funeral procession for Balbir Singh Balli will depart from his residence at around 5:30 p.m.
