Jamshedpur, Sept 10: Press Club of Jamshedpur organized blood donation drive at Red Cross Bhawan on Thursday, September 10.
At the camp 214 units of blood was collected. The camp was jointly inaugurated by East Singhbhum SSP Anoop T Mathew, ADC, Dhalbhum SDO Alok Kumar and RAF Commandant.
The camp started at 10 am and concluded at 5 pm. Addressing the blood donors at the event, SSP Mathew said, through their noble work many needy will get life.
SSP also appreciating the effort of Press Club of Jamshedpur said, with such a busy schedule the media persons have done a noble work.
At the event members of the club along with Labour leader Rakeshwar Pandey and others were present.
