Jamshedpur, Nov 19: The acquisition case of Incab Industries Limited was heard at National Company Law Tribunal in Kolkata on Monday. The NCLT has reportedly sought the audit report and details of profits and expenses of the company in the last 19 years. It has fixed the next hearing on 9th January, 2020. Tata Steel representatives and union leaders of the company were present during the hearing.
Meanwhile, Ram Vinod Singh, general secretary of Indian Cable Workers Union, said the NCLT has reserved its verdict.
