Jamshedpur, Mar 9: Chaos ensued near Hashmi Masjid in Mango’s Jawahar Nagar Road No. 12 as a young man was shot in the forehead around 4:30-5:30 pm. The injured individual, identified as Shahid, reportedly sustained the gunshot from his friend Aman. Shahid was promptly taken to MGM Hospital and later referred to TMH after receiving initial treatment.
The police were informed of the incident and initiated an investigation. According to available information, Aman shot Mohd. Shahid near Hashmi Masjid on Road No. 12. Shahid, employed as an electrician, fell to the ground after being injured. Local residents assisted in transporting Shahid to MGM Hospital. The motive behind the incident is yet to be determined.
