Jamshedpur FC finally broke through in the 84th minute when they were awarded a penalty for handball, and Jordan Murray converted to reduce the deficit. A minute later, Rei Tachikawa’s header narrowly missed, but the hosts kept pushing. In stoppage time, Stephen Eze rose to meet a long throw from Uvais and headed home to make it 3-2. However, Odisha FC held on in the final moments to seal the victory.
