Jamshedpur Court takes cognizance on Incab workers petition 

Jamshedpur, July 8: The court of First Class Judicial Magistrate of Jamshedpur, Jyotsna Pandey took cognizance of the petition filed against directors of sick Incab company on allegation of forgery and misappropriation of funds on June 28.

Incidentally, representative of the Incab Company workers, Shambhu Sharan Pandey had filed a petition against – Leader Universal, its Managing Director, Kamala Mills Limited, RR Cable Pvt Ltd, Faska Investment Pvt Ltd, Ted Leuk Kon, Pegasus Assets Reconstruction Pvt. Ltd., Surendra Tuteja Kumar, Managing Director, Pegasus Assets, Manish Gupta, Director, Pegasus Assets, Tropical Ventures Company Ltd. and its Managing Director, Citibank and its Managing Director, ICICI Bank Ltd. and its Managing Director, Axis Bank and the successors of its Managing Director, Late Kashi Ram Tapuria, resolution professional Pankaj Tibrewal and RB Singh for embezzlement and misappropriation of the assets of Incab Company.

Complainant advocate e Akhilesh Srivastava said that the Court has not taken any cognizance of the rest of the accused, so they will file a revision petition against this order.
