Jamshedpur, Aug 31: Two children were injured after a crude bomb went off in Majhitola, Nirmal Nagar, under Adityapur police station area on Tuesday.
Sources said the kids, residents of Ward No 15 under Adityapur Municipal Corporation, had gone out to answer nature’s call. There they found a crude bomb and brought it home to play with it. At home, one of them hit the bomb with a stone, causing it to explode. Both of them were injured in the incident. They were rushed to MGM Hospital.
Adityapur police said the house had been sealed for investigation. They said they were probing into the source of the bomb.
