Jamshedpur, July 11: Jainarayan Singh, a veteran Bharatiya Janata Party leader since the Jansangh period and Kishori Lal, former president of the BJP Govindpur Mandal were cremated on Tuesday.
The last rites were held at the burning ghat in Bhuiyandih.
Former Chief Minister Raghuvar Das, Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Varan Mahato and other BJP district leaders took part in the last rites.
Earlier, a crowd of BJP leaders gathered to pay their last respects at Birsanagar Zone No. 1B and Govindpur LIG Housing Colony residences.
Expressing grief over the demise of both the senior leaders, former Chief Minister Raghuvar Das said that the late leaders played an important role in strengthening the organization with full dedication and dedication in their long political career.
Bidyut Mahto, said that the demise of both the preferred leaders is not only an irreparable loss for the party,
