Jamshedpur BJP leaders hail implementation of CAA

Jamshedpur, March 11: Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha state media in-charge, Krishna Sharma Kali, and Chintu Singh, founder of the Hindu organization Sanatan Utsav Samiti, have lauded the implementation of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) by the Narendra Modi government at the Centre.

They stated that the implementation of CAA, a resolution in BJP’s 2019 manifesto, was a significant step towards granting citizenship to oppressed minorities in neighboring countries. Kali Sharma emphasized that this move under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership was crucial for securing the future of these communities.

Former District President of Jamshedpur Mahanagar BJP, Dinesh Kumar, also welcomed the decision, expressing happiness over the issuance of the CAA notification. He praised Prime Minister Modi’s commitment to fulfilling manifesto promises and hailed the CAA as a historic step towards providing citizenship to persecuted minorities.

BJP District General Secretary Anil Modi, expressed joy over the nationwide implementation of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) by the Central Government, terming it beneficial for the nation.

Modi highlighted that the CAA facilitated granting citizenship to individuals who faced persecution in neighboring countries and arrived in India before December 2014. He emphasized that this law aimed to provide citizenship and not to revoke anyone’s citizenship.

Addressing misconceptions surrounding the CAA, Modi clarified that it solely aimed to confer citizenship and not to strip anyone of their citizenship rights. He praised the government’s commitment to fulfilling its promises and reiterated that the implementation of the CAA reaffirmed BJP’s credibility.

The BJP District General Secretary affirmed that the government’s actions spoke volumes, showcasing its dedication to its stated objectives. He emphasized the importance of Prime Minister Modi’s leadership in realizing such initiatives.
