Jamshedpur: Anushka Tiwari wins gold medal in CBSE Zonal Archery Championship

 

Jamshedpur, Sep 25:  The CBSE Zonal Archery Championship 2024 concluded at SDSM School for Excellence in Jamshedpur on September 25.

In the Compound Round, Anushka Tiwari emerged as a standout performer, winning a gold medal in the 50 meters distance event. Her impressive victory has secured her a spot in the upcoming CBSE National Tournament, set to take place in Delhi next month.

Anushka has a remarkable track record, having won gold medals in compound archery at the national level for the past three years. This year, she received recognition from Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren for her achievements.

Currently representing Press Club Ranchi, Anushka hails from Kharka village in Gumla district.
