Jamshedpur, June 13: A Judicial Magistrate court here on Monday acquitted Akhilesh Singh and Vikram Sharma in a case of alleged escape from custody. The case dates back to the year 2002 when Akhilesh Singh hard surrendered in the court in Om Prakash Kabra abduction case. After surrender, he was kept in the Sakchi jail. He was brought to the Old Court premises for being produced before the magistrate. He had allegedly escaped from custody. Akhilesh, Vikram, Lalchandra and three police officers were booked in this case.
