Jamshedpur: The Jaiswal Samaj held its Holi Milan ceremony at Tulsi Bhawan, Bistupur, celebrating the festival with joy and unity. Members greeted each other by applying abir and gulal, while the Mahila Manch presented traditional Holi songs.
During the event, a 15-member election committee led by Dukhu Ram Jaiswal unanimously elected Gopal Jaiswal as the new President of Jaiswal Samaj Jamshedpur for the 2025-28 session. The announcement was met with applause and enthusiasm from the community.
In his acceptance speech, Gopal Jaiswal expressed gratitude and promised to work for the betterment of the society. “I will strive to uphold the trust placed in me and ensure that our community earns a distinct identity in Jamshedpur,” he stated.
The event was conducted by Bipin Bihari, with the presence of notable members such as SKP Jaiswal, Rajmangal Jaiswal, Gyanchand Jaiswal, Deepak Jaiswal, Shyam Narayan Jaiswal, Narayan Jaiswal, Sunil Jaiswal, Dr. Santosh Gupta and many others.
