Jamshedpur : A meeting was held with all the nodal personnel of the surveillance team headed by Mango Notified Area Committee Executive Officer cum Incident Commander Deepak Sahay. In compliance with the letter received from Deputy Commissioner East Singhbhum Jamshedpur in the meeting, instructions were given to start work for providing the report by coordinating with the family of the deceased for the death audit of death due to infection of Covid-19.
The Executive Officer, while establishing contact with the families of all the persons who died due to Covid-19 under the MNAC , directed the surveillance team constituted to provide the report in the format received by the district administration within three days. The detailed information of the form provided for this was given to all the nodal personnel of the surveillance team.
In the meeting, according to the survey form issued by the office of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Dhalbhumgarh for the vaccination of people above 45 years, on the basis of the survey conducted under MNAC for vaccination, a survey list of about 21 places was released in which societies, apartments, mohalla , The list has been prepared keeping in view the township etc. It was decided to send the survey list prepared by the executive officer on the basis of the survey by the office workers and the personnel of the surveillance team to the office of the sub-divisional officer.
