Gamharia: Members of BRP and CRP Sangh started an indefinite strike on Wednesday in support of their various pending demands before the BRC Building at Gamharia.
The outfit president Srinivas Satpathy said the outfit members had raised six main demands during the agitation.
The demands are related to salary, allowance and other facilities, insurance benefits, employees provident fund and reservation in teachers� appointment.
Among those present at the meeting included Devendra Kumar, Amaresh Kumar, Umesh Kumar Gupta, Varun Mahato, Ravindra Raut, Ranjana Kumari, Sujata Kumari and Nisha.
