Jamshedpur, July 26: With the COVID-19 challenges of the immediate future in mind, the district administration is making elaborate arrangements to institute corona care facilities and treatment centres. The Deputy Commissioner Suraj Kumar, SSP Dr M Tamil Vanan, DDC Saurabh Kumar Sinha and other officials today inspected the Professional College at Sidgora, Yatri Niwas near the Surya Mandir, Kerala Samajam model School in Golmuri and the JRD Tata Sports Complex. Suraj Kumar said that it had been decided to develop the Professional College as a COVID care centre and the Yatri Niwas which is in close proximity as residential accommodation for doctors and paramedical staffs. Keeping the immediate future needs in mind converting Kerala Samajam Model School and JRD Tata Sports Complex are on the administrative cards for being converted into COVID care centres.
