Hill Top School Celebrates Golden Jubilee With Fitness Events; Archana, Sanjay, Aditya & Kritika Win Top Honors

Jamshedpur, Nov 15: Hill Top School’s Golden Jubilee celebrations continue to strengthen community spirit by encouraging excellence beyond academics. As part of the milestone year events, the school organised two major fitness activities—a Walkathon for teachers and a Marathon for students—reflecting its commitment to health, sportsmanship and togetherness.

Principal Uma Tiwary appreciated the enthusiastic participation, saying that the fitness events showcased the school community’s unity and dedication. She added that the Golden Jubilee celebrations highlight not only 50 years of academic success but also Hill Top School’s focus on holistic development.

The day began at 6:45 a.m. with a 4 km Walkathon exclusively for teachers. Around 80 staff members took part, promoting wellness and team spirit. Among the lady teachers, Archana Meheta secured first place, followed by Jaswinder Kaur in second and Simran Kaur in third. In the men’s category, Sanjay Kumar Tripathi finished first, Avinash Kumar Tripathy took second place and Sourav Dutta finished third.

Later, the excitement continued with a Marathon for students, featuring about 200 enthusiastic participants. In the boys’ category, Aditya Kumar won first place, Naveen Mahato secured second and Rukman Choudhary finished third. Among the girls, D. Kritika claimed the top position, followed by Vidya in second and Ritika Srivastava in third.

The school authorities said more such events will continue throughout the Golden Jubilee year to celebrate achievements and inspire future goals.
