Heavy rain and cloudy sky bring relief to Jamshedpur and Jharkhand

Jamshedpur, July 1: On Monday, Jamshedpur and various parts of Jharkhand experienced cloudy weather and heavy rainfall in some areas, while others saw light drizzles, significantly cooling down the region. Temperatures across the state remained below 40 degrees Celsius.

Khunti recorded the highest rainfall, while Sahebganj reported the highest maximum temperature. In Jamshedpur, the maximum temperature reached 30.4 degrees Celsius, with a minimum of 26.0 degrees Celsius.

The weather forecast for July 2 and 3 predicts continued cloudy conditions across Garhwa, Palamu, Chatra, Koderma, Giridih, Deoghar, Dumka, Godda, Sahebganj, Pakur, Jamtara, Bokaro, Ramgarh, Hazaribagh, Latehar, Lohardaga, Gumla, Ranchi, Khunti, Simdega, West Singhbhum, East Singhbhum, and Saraikela-Kharsawan. Heavy rain is expected in Simdega, Godda, Pakur, Dumka, Deoghar, Jamtara, Giridih, Dhanbad, Koderma, Hazaribagh, Ranchi, Khunti, West Singhbhum, East Singhbhum, and Saraikela-Kharsawan on July 2.
