Jamshedpur : The Jharkhand High Court has rejected allegations on Anandmargis over the traditional dance form Tandav. Manvmitranand Avadhuta , Chandradeo and Sunil Anand had to be jailed for 44 days .
Case was registered in October 2005 . Eight years later came the decision in respect of Jharkhand High Court on Wednesday.
Supreme Court had earlier said that Tandava dance in public carrying a skull, a trident, a knife and a live snake, etc., is not an essential part of the Ananda Margi faith and that police could impose restrictions on such processions.
