Gulmohur School enables teachers to adapt to NEP

Jamshedpur, March 6: Gulmohur High School, Telco organised ‘Gearing Up for NEP’ – a series of Knowledge Sharing sessions. The sessions were conducted by the faculty members from February 7 to March 3.

A total of twenty four seminars were held for the teachers, by the teachers to help them adapt to the changes in New Education Policy (NEP).

These interactive workshops were conducted by 65 innovative and enthusiastic teachers of classes Nursery to XII.

Principal Priti Sinha informed that the workshops focused on innovative ideas to implement Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), using Atya- Intelligent Interactive Panels effectively, applying Critical Thinking, Existential, Kinaesthetic and Naturalistic Intelligence etc. in the Teaching Learning pedagogy.

Besides the academics based seminars, a couple of seminars on introducing Career Counselling and Adolescent Behaviour Management were also held.

“The faculty at Gulmohur is now well-prepared to begin the new academic session 2023-24 with structured and innovative ideas aligned with the transformations in the New Education Policy,” added Principal.
