Noamundi: The nomination process for the Assembly polls started in Jagannathpur on Saturday as Geeta Koda, sitting MLA and wife of former Chief Minister Madhu Koda, filed her nomination at the Jagannathpur sub divisional office.
Before filing nomination, Geeta koda along with her husband Madhu Koda went to Ma Pawadi temple and offered their worship to Goddess Maa Pavadi.
After filing her nomination, she said, �I am going to contest the Assembly election on development issues such as education, health for all and want to include all the issues which were not completed in the last five years.�
A large number of supporters of Geeta Koda accompanied her during the nomination process.
