Four injured in Seraikela road mishap

Jamshedpur, Oct 18: Four youths were injured in a road accident on the Ukri-Akarshini main road in Seraikela on Tuesday afternoon. They were identified as Shrikant Mahato, Vishal Mahato, Ravi Shankar Mahato and Umesh Mahato, all residents of Sini.

Sources said the mishap occurred when the victims rode two bikes on their return from Bandiram village of Kharsawan to their village in Sini. Near Akarshini, a bullet suddenly appeared on the road made wet by rains. Both bikes went out of control and skidded on the road. The youths were seriously injured in the incident. They were taken to Sadar Hospital, Seraikela, where Ravi Shankar was referred to MGM Hospital as he had sustained serious head injury.
