Jamshedpur, Jan 28: Four persons were seriously injured when the SUV in which they were travelling dashed against a stationary oil tanker at Dirlang under Chowka thana area on Tata-Ranchi NH-33 on Thursday.
The villagers managed to send the injured four to nearest Chandil sub-divisional hospital from where they were referred to MGM Hospital in Jamshedpur for better treatment.
The front portion of the SUV was badly mangled and those injured were extracted from the SUV after a long time. The injured have been identified as Dinesh Prajapati, Mithilesh Ram, Dilip Prajapati and Vipin Singh and they were coming from Garhwa and going to Kharagpur in Bengal.
