Jamshedpur: RVS College of Engineering & Technology hosted an insightful guest lecture on entrepreneurship, organized by the IQAC Cell in collaboration with the Civil Engineering Department. The session featured Gaurav Kumar Chaurasia, a businessman from Ranchi and an alumnus of the college, who shared his inspiring journey from student life to becoming a successful entrepreneur.
The event commenced with a warm welcome by Prof. Krishna Murari, Administrative Dean, who presented a bouquet to the guest. Dr. Rajesh Kumar Paswan, Head of the Civil Engineering Department, honored Chaurasia with a memento.
During his talk, Chaurasia emphasized the key principles of entrepreneurship, encouraging students to take risks and innovate. “Success in business requires vision, persistence, and the courage to step out of your comfort zone,” he said, urging students to explore opportunities beyond conventional career paths.
The session was attended by faculty members, students, and staff, who actively participated in the discussion. The event provided valuable insights into the entrepreneurial mindset, leaving students motivated to pursue their own ventures.
