Election Committee meeting for Tata Workers Union By-Election 2024

Jamshedpur, July 6: The Election Committee of Tata Workers Union (TWU) convened a meeting on Saturday chaired by Election Officer Shahnawaz Alam. Condolence was expressed over the recent accident at Tata Steel’s CRM department, where employee Naresh Prasad tragically lost his life. All committee members observed a two-minute silence in his memory.

Following this solemn moment, the committee discussed the preparations for the Tata Workers Union by-election 2024. According to the schedule, Saturday marked the distribution of nomination forms. Asim Rai was the sole candidate to collect a nomination form for the constituency TWU/2024/054 from the Central Procurement Department.

The committee deliberated on the upcoming election procedures and outlined further steps to ensure a smooth and fair election process.
